GamiPress Transfers
GamiPress Transfers Allow your users to transfer points, achievements or ranks between them
ransfers Notes adds the ability to your users to leave notes about their transfer on the Transfers add-on!
New Features
- “notes” attribute on transfer shortcodes (Accepts yes or no, by default no).
- “Notes” field on transfers blocks and widgets (By default the field is unchecked).
- “Notes” section on transfer details (on the [gamipress_transfer_history] shortcode).
- “User Notes” field on the tarnsfer edit screen.
Note: By default the notes option is deactivated on all shortcodes, blocks and widgets.
You need to update the shortcodes by adding the required attribute (for example:
[gamipress_points_transfer notes=”yes”]) and on blocks and widgets checking the “Notes” field.
ransfer Items Assignments
GamiPress TransfersEach transfer item can be related to an assignment. This assignments are the points type, achievement or rank that user will earn on complete the transfer.
GamiPress TransfersOf course, you can define transfer items without assignment to add custom lines for
something, like a descriptive note to be shown inline.
Let’s to see how to add an item and assign it to an achievement.
First, clicking on the “Add Item” will add a new row like this:
GamiPress TransfersClicking on the “Save” button will confirm our assignment. Now, the assignment description will change with the current transfer item assignment description.
The transfer notes has two functionalities, first GamiPress – Transfers will use it to inform about internal
process results like a log. When transfer fails for some reason, when transfer gets complete, etc. The author of this
notes will be the GamiPress Bot.
Also, you have the ability to add your own notes for internal purposes. This process is explained on the next section.
Adding Transfer Notes
GamiPress TransfersAdding a transfer note is really similar to adding a comment on any post or page from the a
dmin area. Clicking on the “Add Transfer Note” will show to you a hidden from like this:
